choline deficiency....

so....  they say that the majority of people are deficient in choline....  actually....  not deficient....  but....  undernurished....  might be the better way of saying it....

the usrda for adult males is five hundred and fifty mg per day.... 

if you eat specific foods....  each and every day....  you MIGHT get the usrda of choline....  but there are not many foods high in choline....  liver and wheat germ are high in choline....  but....  who is going to eat liver every day....  and....  wheat germ is NOT a food....  eggs are the food with the highest level of choline....  and....  they only have one hundred and twenty five milligrams of choline....  if you eat five eggs each and every day....  you might get the usrda of choline....  the next highest source of choline has half the amount of eggs....  so....  good luck trying to get enough choline from food....

and....  then....  try to find a multivitamin that contains any significant amount of choline....  many do NOT have any choline....  and....  from what eye can tell....  if they have choline....  they do NOT have much....  so....  where do you get it....  

eye am going to take a choline supplement for a while....  with two hundred and fifty milligrams of choline....  that will ensure that eye get half of the usrda of choline each day....  before eye eat anything....  

choline is a primary nutrient needed in the development of cell membranes....  choline also helps the kidneys to remove waste products from the blood....  choline is also essential for moving lipids out of the liver....  so....  a deficiency in choline MIGHT be a major cause of fatty liver (nafld)....

so....  here is the THEORY that eye am working on....

if you do not get enough choline....  cell membranes break down....  or weaken....  and....  this is what allows bad bugs....  like bacteria and yeast and parasites and molds....  to enter the cells....  

so....  adding a choline supplement....  will help build the cell membranes....  and....  help you keep bad bugs out of your body and out of your cells....  

eye must point out....  this is one area that mother nature has let us down....  if there is not enough bioavailability of a nutrient in the foods that we eat....  mother nature is at fault....  she has let us all down....  or....  the usrda is completely wrong in telling us what our bodies require....
