apoptosis (supplements)....

here are some supplements that are known to cause apoptosis in cancer cells....  some of them are the same nutrients that are listed on the food page....  some of them are not....  eye may take the supplements AND eat the foods containing the nutrients....  in order to maximize the health benefits....  they say that sulfur can cause apoptosis in cancer cells....  sulforaphane contains sulfar....  so do the amino acids....  methionine and cysteine....  eye am consuming both in foods....  eye am consuming broccoli sprouts for sulforaphane....  eye am consuming whey protein....  for the methionine and cysteine....  at some point....  eye might consume sufforaphane in a supplement....  and....  methionine and cysteine in a supplement....  most of these supplements come from one source....
