toxic elements....

when you see a functional doctor....  one of the things that almost all of them start out with....  one of the things that they want to test your levels for....  is the presence of toxic elements in your body....  one of my functional doctors had me take a test called the metabolmix....  and one of the tests....  tests for the presence and levels of toxic elements in your urine....  eye took this test for the first time on june twenty eight twenty twenty-three....  and then eye took it again on march third twenty twenty-four....  the table below lists the results....  any level of a toxic element in the body is bad....  so....  the lower the levels....  the better....  

eye noticed....  and....  eye hope that you noticed....  many of the exposures went up....  eye highlighted the elements that went up in red....  for example....  aluminum went from <dl to seven point seven....  and....  nickel went from five point three five to eleven point seven six....  why....  why would the levels go up when eye had been detoxing for nine months....  my best guess....  is because....  after the first test....  eye started taking some supplements to detox....  to attempt to clear these toxic elements out of the body....  and eye was taking these supplements at the time of the test.... so....  my best guess....  is that the urine test....  does not test for the levels in the body....  instead....  it tests for the amount you are excreting from the body....  and....  so....  having some of the levels increase in my urine makes sense to me....  because....  eye think....  it means that eye am clearing more out....  because eye am detoxing....  what do you think....  does that make sense....  at some point....  eye am going to do more research....  and see if the amount of toxic elements in the urine is the amount that you are clearing....  and....  eye am going to see if there is a better test....  to see how much your body is holding at any given time....

also....  another thing that stuck out to me....  is that the platinum levels were extremely high in the first test....  the reference level is point zero three....  your platinum levels are in the red zone when they are above point zero three....  and my levels were above seventeen in the first test....  my levels were extremely high....  now....  in other chapters....  in other books....  eye mention a wicked game....  eye think that the levels were high because of the wicked game....  because....  when immortals in the game are hitting me....  when they are burning my legs....  eye think that they are hitting me with some kind of energy that contains platinum....  for now....  that is my best guess as to why my platinum levels were off the charts....

eye am planning on taking the metabolomix test every six months....  so....  the next test will be in september....  hopefully the levels will come down by then....  my theory is....  that....  as eye clear more from my body....  as eye continue to detox....  the urine levels will begin to come down....  because there is less in the body to clear....  just a theory of mine....  just a hunch....
