long vs short....
so.... before covid.... eye was working out.... a lot.... lifting weights.... massive weights.... eye was working with a trainor.... and he got me to the point of being able to bench press two hundred and twenty-five pounds.... two hundred and twenty-five.... that is a lot.... that is two forty-five pound weights on each side of the bar.... plus the weight of the bar....
and then covid hit.... and eye lost a lot of weight.... most of it muscle weight.... after covid.... eye could barely bench press one hundred and thirty-five pounds.... that is one forty-five pound weight on each side of the bar.... plus the weight of the bar.... eye lost all of the strength that eye had built up before covid.... all of it.... and.... as you can imagine.... my muscle mass got smaller.... eye do not look like a mini version of the hulk anymore....
after covid.... eye changed my workout strategy.... eye started lifting low weights.... but.... with many many many reps.... for example.... eye would curl five pound dumbbells one hundred times.... and eye would also do tricep curls fifty times.... now here is the kicker.... eye have not lifted weights for a while now.... maybe a month or two.... and guess what.... eye do not think that eye have lost any muscle....
you know me.... full of theories.... eye guess.... technichally.... eye should call them hypothesis.... but eye like to call them theories.... here is my theory here.... when you lift massive weights.... you develop the short muscles.... and.... when you lift massive weights.... you tear the muscle.... forcing it to rebuild.... and all the weight lifter call this a good thing.... eye think it is a bad thing.... and the body does not like it.... so.... as soon as you stop lifting.... the body gets rid of all of that muscle mass.... especially the scared tissue....
eye also think.... when you tear your muscle.... you force the body to focus on repairing the damaged cells.... at the detriment of the rest of the body.... at the detriment of the organs.... at the detriment of the parts of the body that need real attention.... real help.... because they are being invaded.... so.... you strengthen the muscle.... but you weaken the rest of the body....
and when you strengthen the long muscle.... and you do not tear anything.... you keep it.... for a much longer period of time.... because the body likes this muscle.... it is not damaged tissue.... eye am just wondering.... is the torn muscle.... is it inneffient tissue.... is the mitochondrial process not fuctioning at one hundred percent.... and so.... does the body want to get rid of it....
now eye know.... eye just made a whole new set of enemies.... all you body builders out there have gotta hate me.... hate me even suggesting that you might be doing the wrong thing.... doing harm to your bodies.... sorry.... this is not about making friends.... in the short term.... it is about getting to the truth.... finding out what is really going on.... eye am the way the TRUTH and the light.... he says....
