pernicious anemia....

pernicious anemia....  is caused by a weakend stomach lining....  from the h pylori....  which creates atrophic gastritis....  or inflammation in the stomach lining....  and....  then....  the stomach lining stops making intrinsic factor....  which is required to take b-twelve on the the small intestine....  without intrinsic factor....  you cannot absorb b-twelve in the small intestine....  and....  you body needs b-twelve....  it REALLY needs b-twelve....  for so many processes....  including mitochonrial function....  the little engine that runs cells....  the little engine that creates energy for the cells....  

when doctors cannot explain something....  they call it autoimmune....  the body attacking itself....  that rarely happens....  and....  it only happens if the body has good reason to attack itself....  like....  destroying a cell to kill a bacteria that is inside of it....  before it can spread to other cells....
