because of the hypochlorhydria.... eye am suffering from malnutrition.... my vitamin a and vitamin e and alpha lipoic acid and glutathione and thiamin (b one) and niacin (b three) and manganese levels are all in the red.... they rank an eight out of ten.... when one indicates low nutrient needs and ten equals the highest nutrient needs.... so my bodys need for these six nutrients is high.... they are at low level in my body.... the need for peridoxine (b six) and biotin (b seven) and folate (b nine) and cobalamin (b twelve) is even higher.... the nutrient need for these nutrients ranks nine out of ten.... there is significant deficiency in these nutrients.... the only vitamins that eye am close to adequate in are vitamin c and coqten.... eye believe my vitamin c levels are high because eye am drinking a powder every morning with camu and orange and acerola berries.... one teaspoon of this stuff has over five hundred percent of your usrda of vitamin c.... eye have NO clue why my coqten levels are adequate....
eye am attempting to address these nutrient deficiencies by taking plenty of vitamin supplements.... eye am taking a multivitamin made by garden of life.... made from whole foods.... because eye think that vitamins from whole foods are more beneficial than synthetic vitamins.... eye am taking vitamin code for men by garden of life.... you are supposed to take four capsules daily.... eye am only taking one.... and.... for the b vitamins.... eye am taking a coenzyme b complex from country life.... you are supposed to take two capsules daily.... again.... eye am only taking one.... eye am told taht coenzymes are more absorbable than regular b vitamins.... so eye am trying the coenzyme.... eye am going to retest my vitamin levels in early september.... that will be six months from the last test.... and see if my levels have improved....
because of the hypochlorhydria.... eye am doubtful that eye am absorbing any of these nutrients from the supplements in my digestive track.... so.... eye am also taking four sublingual b twelve supplements.... and.... eye am also dipping my legs in a bucket of water with a tablespoon or two of a liquid multivitamin added in.... to see if eye can absorbe vitamins and minerals through the skin.... they say that you can absorb iodine.... and.... epsom salt.... through the skin.... so.... why not other vitamins.... the way eye see it.... it does not hurt to try....
eye am going to retest my vitamin and mineral levels in september.... that will be six months after my last metabolomix test....
