eye AM stressed out....

eye AM stressed out....  we all are stressed out....  and....  we do not even realize it....

my heart rate variability....  a measure of stress....  stress levels....  ability to deal with stress....  which....  eye do not know....  but....  whatever it is....  mine is off the charts low....  my heart rate variability is fucking twenty....  a good heart rate variability for my age....  is between forty-two and sixty-two.... 

eye thought eye was dealing with stress very well....  but....  apparently....  eye am not....

this section is all about improving my heart rate variability....  lowering my stress levels....  wish me luck....
